          We can explain the inspection details, guide you through the online agreement,
          or even complete the reservation for you from our office.
          To help us move quickly, please have the following information ready::
          Inspection Date & Time, Property Address, Year Built, Living Area, Outbuildings and any Special Services you are interested in.

b)     Booking us Instantly Online (recommended)
          Get started below at our open service calendar, following these steps online:

1. Choose a Date & Time
   Pick the day that works best. If the time slot isn’t ideal, your inspector can adjust it later. For urgent needs or unavailable slots, call us at (360) 472-2550.

2. Property & Contact Details
   Provide the property address and your contact info. We will send you an email to confirm.

3. Pick Your Services
   Choose the type of inspection you need, along with any optional add-ons that apply to your property.

4. Review & Schedule the Inspection
   All services, pricing and date of inspection can be reviewed and confirmed. Our office will send an email for confirmation.

5. Payment and Inspection Agreement
   The Inspection Agreement can be reviewed, printed and signed online, followed by payment options like online credit card and FlexFund-Finance payment.

6. Check Your Email
   During the process, from start to finish, we keep you updated via email and text messages. You always can contact us directly by phone or/and email.

7. Get Your Report Within 24 – 48 Hours
   Once the agreement is signed and payment is received, your detailed inspection report will be available to view and download—typically within 24 hours. During high-demand periods or for larger, more complex properties, delivery may take up to 48 hours, but we will inform you before or during the inspection.
