Getting your inspection scheduled shouldn't be the hardest part of buying a home. We offer three flexible ways to get started:
1. Instant Online Booking (Recommended)
Most of our clients prefer to book instantly using the tab. This is the fastest way to secure your spot.

2. Guided Online Booking
If you’d like a little help navigating the digital process, give us a call! We can hop on the phone and walk you through the online steps together, including:

3. Full Service by Phone
Prefer to do things the traditional way? No problem. We can take your order entirely over the phone. Once we have your details, we will email you the contract with a link for digital signature and a secure link for payment.

Simple & Flexible Payment Options
To make your home inspection process as smooth as possible, we offer several ways to handle your payment.
1. Instant Credit Card Payment (Most Popular)
The fastest and most convenient method. You can pay via credit card immediately after signing your digital Inspection Agreement (Washington State law requires a signed Inspection Agreement before any inspection can begin).
2. FlexFund: Book Now, Pay at Closing (online only)
Through our partner, Guardian-FlexFund, buyers can defer payment until the home sale closes.

Preserve Cash Flow: Keep your funds free for other expenses during the escrow period.

Immediate Access: Get your inspection report as soon as it's ready—no waiting for closing to see the results.

Simple Setup: Select this during online booking (secured with a backup credit card).

Flat Fee: A $50 FlexFund fee applies to the total, regardless of the inspection size and final cost.
3. Pay by Card Prior to Report Release
If you prefer not to pay at the moment of booking, you can pay via credit card at a later time.
Note: Your inspection report will be held in our secure system and automatically released once payment is processed.
4. Mail-in Checks

Processing Time: Please be aware that the inspection report will be released only after the check has been received and cleared by the bank. This may cause a delay of several days depending on mail and bank speeds.
